The lower level of the house has a 2nd kitchen and living room making it ideal for a 2nd family or a teenagers retreat with a further 2 bedrooms here as well and also access out to the front lawn of the house that flows down towards Whale Beach.

The house conveniently has 2 street access points so there is ample parking. There is also a snooker room off the garage for those wanting to enjoy a quiet game or relax and get away for some peace and quiet.

Available all year round, Whale Beach Wonder is a perfect beach holiday house offering all the benefits that the area has to offer. Available for weekly and weekend rentals year round and 1 week minimum during the summer months.
