Coming through the front door, the house opens up to a perfect open plan living/dining/kitchen that spills out to the most fabulous outdoor balcony and eating area. Sit back and watch the waves roll in to the beach.

Head upstairs to the top level of the house and you will find the parents retreat complete with home office area, a 2nd bedroom, deluxe ensuite and a 2nd living room that opens onto another balcony with amazing views of the beach.

There are 2 more bedrooms on the middle level of the house and a 2nd bathroom. The lower level of the house has a further 2 bedrooms and a teenagers retreat complete with entertainment equipment. There is also a laundry and another bathroom on this level of the house. Head out the french doors onto the front lawn and down to the beach or just relax and soak up the warmth of the sun
