There are 3 bedrooms in the house along with 3 separate living areas allowing for plenty of room to spread out during your stay. The Master Bedroom has to be seen to be believed! It has 270 degree views from the bed itself looking out over the beach and the ocean and there is also a private balcony as well to escape to. Even the shower in the ensuite has a view as well! 

There are 2 more bedrooms on the upper level of the house. Queen in the 2nd room and 3 singles in the 3rd room. Perfect for families with children as well as there is a living area outside these two rooms for kids to play.

On the lower level of the house is all the living....There is a fabulous kitchen that people dream about. Here you are part of the living and Dining rooms. You can prepare meals and at the same time enjoy the best view on the coast Outside is a magical balcony that works at any time. Sit back and enjoy a meal or read a book and just relax, the choice is yours!

The 3rd Living area opens out onto the swimming pool and plunge pool. There is solar heating that flows into the plunge pool making it inviting all year round. Also outside is a gas BBQ completing the area making it the perfect location to watch the family enjoy the spoils of the house.

There is reverse cycle heating and ducted A/C throughout the house and wireless broadband internet for those who still need to keep in touch with the outside world. A stereo system also allows music to be played in all areas of the house and Foxtel on the TV to add to the comforts.

With all linen and departure cleaning included, it is the ultimate holiday destination. From sunrise to sunset all year around and a location that most people only dream about, Illowra is the perfect holiday location.
