The Master bedroom is at the front of the house on the upper level and it has the most amazing views of the ocean and receives a spectacular ocean sunrise every day of the year. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are also on this upper level which works well for families with children.

The lower level of the house has the home theatre room and the main living room, dining room and kitchen. The front of the house has floor to ceiling bi-fold doors which completely open up transforming the house into the most amazing living area with the feeling that the beach is part of the house.
