There are 4 comfortable bedrooms, a huge front TV living room with Air Conditioning and a fantastic indoor/outdoor room at the rear of the house which is the perfect sun trap where you can enjoy the afternoon warmth from the sun whilst having a meal or just relaxing with the family

The general area is great for children. The house is located on a quiet side street only a few minutes walk to nearby Mona Vale Beach. The house is also on a flat level block making it ideal for those with younger children or older guests who need single level accommodation.
