There are 2 more bedrooms on the top floor of the house making it ideal for families with children and having the close by.

The middle level of the house is the entertaining level. There is a TV room as well as a sitting lounge room that also has its own balcony. The Childrens rumpus room is also on this level of the house and there is a gas heated swimming pool and spa just outside off the deck.

The lower level of the house has another living room ideal for those wanting to get away and have a bit of R & R as well as a 4th bedroom making it perfect for a couple or parents or even a nanny. This level opens out onto the lower garden and gives it a very private and peaceful outlook.
