Orb and Ethel's is an original 1950's cottage located in the heart of Mackerel Beach. There are 3 bedrooms in the house - 2 main bedrooms each with Queen beds and the 3rd room is perfect for children or an additional couple with a set of singe bunks and a Tri-Bunk allowing the property to sleep 9 people.

There is a new modern kitchen and Bathroom in the house as well as Foxtel and Broadband Internet via a desk top computer.

Orb and Ethel's is not your ordinary holiday house.....Here you can feed the Wallabies in the morning or in the evenings as they bound around the garden. There are all types of birds from Kookaburras waiting for food from the BBQ to Rozellas eating the bird seed and the Bush Turkeys wandering around the area.

Access to Great Mackerel Beach is by boat or ferry only. There are no cars or bitumen roads here. Access around Mackerel Beach is by foot or push bike which makes it perfect for families. 

Summer time you can frolic in the warm still waters of Pittwater and laze on the beach. Winter time you can put a log fire on and escape with your favourite book for a weekend away.

Available for both weekend getaways and weekly holidays, Orb and Ethel's is a unique property hidden away in the north of Sydney. The house has all the benefits of being near the beach with the features of a country house on a farm.
