The Master bedroom occupies the upper level of the house and overlooks the beach and waters edge at the front of the garden. There is also a private sitting room up here as well for the parents to escape to and unwind. On the main level of the house are 2 more bedrooms - A queen in one and 2 sets of bunk beds in the 2nd making it a perfect childrens bedroom.

The lower level of the house is the living area - there is a huge open plan living and dining room which also includes the kitchen area. THis opens out onto the front lawn and the beach at the end of the grass.

Sit back and enjoy the family frolicking in the water or playing games on the beach or just relax and watch the sun set in the afternoons whilst cooking the family meal on the BBQ 

For those who need to keep in touch with the rest of the world, there is also an office to do what needs to be done.
