CLASSIC CAREEL

Overlooking the picturesque Careel Bay and with views north to Palm Beach and Lion Island, Classic Careel is a fantastic holiday house with something for everyone.

The house is prefectly set up for families of all ages. The access from the garage is great with the entry coming directly into the Kitchen. There is a huge living area that has a separate side sitting room off it for those who want to relax and escape with their favourite book or a newspaper. There is also a desktop computer here with broadband internet so for those wanting to or having to keep in touch with the outside world, it can be done from here.

The balcony on the middle level of the house can be accessed from both the living room and the Kitchen and there is an outdoor table with gas BBQ here to cook up a feast and then to sit back and enjoy the views.

The upper level of the house is the perfect teenagers or kids retreat. Here they can relax and watch their own TV in their own living room without interrupting the rest of the family.

There are 4 bedrooms in the house. The 2 front bedrooms open onto the balcony and enjoy pittwater views. The main also has a full ensuite. The 3rd room has twin beds and the 4th room has a set of bunks for the children.

At the bottom of the house is the Swimming Pool and the private Jetty. Perfect for those who want to bring their boats up to one of the best waterways that Australia has to offer. Have a dip in the pool or straight in the sea in front. Both are inviting and great to cool off.

Wake up with the morning sun streaming through into the bedrooms and living rooms of the house, enjoy a cup of coffee whilst reading the newspaper or having a bite to eat on the balcony. Have a swim in the pool or even on the ocean at the front of the house or bring the boat up to the private jetty. There are not may places like this anywhere on the northern beaches of Sydney
