Tucked away in the northern corner of Bungan Beach, this wonderful 3 bedroom house has everything that you could want in a holiday destination.

The top level of the house is for the adults in the family. There is the master bedroom with a queen bed and the main living/dining area as well as the kitchen. Sitting back on the sofa and gazing out over the rolling waves with a good book in hand is hard to beat! There is also Air Conditioning in this level of the house to add to the comfort.

Downstairs is perfectly set up for children. There are 2 bedrooms each with Tri bunks so the rooms can accommodate either 2 couples or lots of children. There is also another living room on this level with a TV and DVD player.

The special surprise with this house is that it has direct beach access. At the bottom of the garden is a path cut through the beach reserve that comes out at the surf club so no longer do you need to drive to the beach when you can walk from the bottom of the garden less than 100m and you are on the sand.

Perfectly set up for families who want to have a memorable beach holiday but who also want to make it an affordable beach holiday, Summer Surprise is the perfect house that can accommodate up to 8 people in classical beach comfort.

Available all year round for a minimum stay of 1 week, it is the perfect getaway destination whilst still being in Sydney.
