Nth Av is a fantastic 4 bedroom beach house which is 100m from Avalon Beach. The house is a single level property ideal for families with younger children. It has a huge back lawn which opens off the kitchen and back deck making the perfect environment for kids to play in.

The Master bedroom is a queen bed. There is a second bedroom near by with a single. On the other side of the house is another room with 2 single beds and a trundle and the 4th bedroom has a queen bed as well as a second entrance making it ideal for either a nanny or older teenagers who want to come and go without disturbing the rest of the house.

Want to eat outside in the fresh air....There is a BBQ and undercover deck for entertaining and outdoor dining. Avalon Beach is literally a level 100m walk from the house making the location highly sought after for those with children.
