The main living level has a large balcony overlooking the swimming pool / ocean and opens onto a protected internal courtyard – perfect for outdoor dining. There is an open plan living & dining area, a fully equipped open plan kitchen and a separate living / television room.  The house has been set up with children in mind and families are most welcome.      

The house is a short walk to either Palm Beach or Whale Beach, or a quick car trip.
