The perfect house for enjoying the benefits of the Northern Beaches and Pittwater This fabulous 5 bedroom house with a deep waterfront jetty overlooks one of the most beautiful waterways in the world.

The master bedroom comes with his and hers walk through wardrobes and ensuite with cable TV as well. There are 2 more bedrooms each with double beds on the top floor. The middle floor has a Guest bedroom with ensuite as well as a 5th bedroom for the children with a set of bunks and 2 single beds.

The Living/Dining/Kitchen all flow into one providing an amazing entertaining area and general living room which open up onto a full lenght of the house balcony overlooking the water.

The ground level of the house is to get away and relax. A Bar area with Snooker table and Big screen TV complete with cable TV as well as a BBQ for the afternoon meals. The jetty is accessible off this level of the house and can maintain a 60 foot boat.

The house is fully air-conditioned keeping the house cool in summer and warm in winter when needed. All bed linen is included in the rental as well as the departure clean.

Located only minutes from the surf at Palm Beach and with Avalon jsut a short drive away, one could easily spend a lifetime here relaxing and taking in the best of the Northern Beaches.
